FAQ

Trip Planner

I’m already an Odigo user. Where are my previous trips?

Why hello there Odigoer! Welcome to our new home. Things might look a little different around here, so let us show you around. If you’re new to Odigo and want to learn how to create your first trip, please skip to the next section.

If you’ve used our previous trip planner, you’re probably wondering where your saved trips are. Don’t worry – they're still here. Here’s how to find them on the new website:

1

  1. Log in with your existing account
  2. Click the luggage icon on the top right menu
  3. Your previous trips are saved under “Trip for first wishlist”
  4. That’s it!

Adding spots to your trip is now a lot easier – add them directly from any spot page with the “Add” button on the right sidebar (see next section for details). You can also still search for spots and add them to your trip in the Planner’s Explore tab. Multiple trip lists are now supported too.

Why does the Odigo iOS app no longer sync my trips with the new website?

Nicer, better things are coming! We are working to integrate the app functionality completely into the website, which will have nifty support for trip sharing and offline viewing. No app needed. As a result of that we will be phasing out the app. You can still view your trip data from the previous version in your trip list (via the luggage icon on the top menu) on the new website, as well as create new trips.

Can we have more detail in the PDF itinerary printouts?

We heard you. Look out for a completely redesigned itinerary soon in three different flavors – a browser based interactive one with live links to Google Maps and other useful info, a PDF version that you can save to view on a mobile device when you’re offline, and a print optimized PDF version.
