The New York Bar is located in the Park Hyatt Tokyo Hotel. It is especially famous for being one of the filming locations for the Bill Murray film "Lost in Translation" (2003).

I went here a few years ago. The view is absolutely beautiful if you can get a window seat so be sure to book in advance. We went here for dinner so it was fine dining, but worth it for the experience.
Incredibly special place. Not only is it the location of my all-time favourite motion picture, but the views, service, music and selection of drinks and food is astounding. Even though it is very pricey (expect a $12 cover charge when you pay your tab), it is fully worth it, especially when you can see all of Tokyo lit up around you, whilst sipping 17 year old Hibiki and listening to some smooth jazz, all simultaneously,
