Tokyu Hands is a chain of department stores dotted around Tokyo, selling a variety of hardware goods, arts and craft supplies, and many other types of products.

everything inside is very creatively designed. The prices are very cheap compare to other stores.

I love Tokyu Hands because they truly have a bit of everything. Bring your passport if you're in Japan under 6 months - it's tax free for visitors.

Inside the building called Takashimaya Times Square, here is where you will find that one thing that you just have to buy. With locations at different major city centres, I think of Tokyu Hands as a department store without the boring stuff.
Tokyu Hands seems to select products that are just the right balance of function and style. They also have craft items for all disciplines. The building at this branch is also joined to Takashimaya, which is an upmarket department store. The building also has restaurant floors and an open air rooftop. The easiest access is from the new south exit of Shinjuku JR.
