Tokyo Government North Observatory 東京都庁 北展望室

Although not as tall as the Sky Tree, at 202 meters there is plenty to see of the Tokyo Metropolitan area. The best thing is that its free! Usually its not very crowded, and there are cafe's and restaurants that provide coffee or a nice dining experience.

They are open from 9:00-23:00, closed on the 1st and 4th Monday of every month.

Yep, definitely one of the best free observatories in Tokyo. You should visit it during a day and night

Come here if you want a Tokyo Tower view with a budget! It's free and you still get to see all of Rokyo and Mount Fuji on a clear day

The view is amazing! You can see the different areas of Tokyo such as the Sky Tree Tower. If you collect commemorative stamps don't forget to bring something to stamp it on. There is a "toy park" inside where you can buy character and anime items.
