Kyushu Jangara Ramen Harajuku 九州じゃんがら 原宿1階店
A ramen shop that's been around for over 10 years! They usually have long queues but it's worth the wait.
Leave a tip
The Harajuku branch has a vegan option.
Aside from the ramen classics, noodles, green onions and broth - my bowl had tofu, nori, cabbage, bean sprouts and water chesnuts.
It was absolutely amazing.
If you are travelling with a vegan/vegetarian, this should definitely be on your list of places to visit, as it caters for 'standard' diets too. Everybody wins :)
