Kikunoi 菊乃井 本店

菊乃井創立於1912年,總店在京都東山之麓,相傳豐臣秀吉的第一位妻子將「菊水之井」的井水用來泡茶、從井裡汩汩冒出的水就像盛開的菊花一般、其後更是開始使用這口井的井水來做菜煮飯。菊乃井這個名字以此井來命名的。 菊乃井料理的特色除了水和食物食材的美味以外,最大的特點是四季鮮明。從食材到食器以及烹調方法,都以當季的特色爲基礎,以體現食材原本的最大美味爲前提。
